LoopSnap

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

LoopSnap is designed to protect your privacy. The app does not create user accounts, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, does not sell personal information, and does not track you across apps or websites.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how LoopSnap, LLC (“LoopSnap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the LoopSnap iOS app.

2. Information processed on your device

LoopSnap uses on-device information to provide its core app-blocking, reminder, and progress features. This may include your selected app or website restrictions, app settings, limit preferences, challenge progress, notification preferences, and local progress statistics.

This information is stored on your device and, where needed, shared only between the LoopSnap app and its Apple app extensions so the app can work properly. LoopSnap does not upload this information to a LoopSnap server.

3. Apple Screen Time features

LoopSnap uses Apple’s Screen Time-related APIs to let you choose apps or websites and apply restrictions. Apple provides privacy-preserving tokens for selected apps and websites. LoopSnap stores those tokens locally so your chosen restrictions can work.

4. Motion and step counting

LoopSnap may request motion permission for optional progress features that use step counting. Step data is used only on your device for those features. LoopSnap does not use HealthKit and does not upload step data to a server.

5. Notifications

LoopSnap may request notification permission to send optional local notifications related to app activity and progress. You can manage notification permission in iOS Settings.

6. Support emails

If you choose to contact support, your email app may send us your email address and anything you include in your message. We use that information only to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, and improve LoopSnap.

7. What LoopSnap does not do

8. Local storage and retention

LoopSnap stores settings and app data locally on your device. Local information remains on your device until you change settings, reset LoopSnap, delete the app, or iOS removes the app’s local data.

9. Children’s privacy

LoopSnap is not intended to collect personal information from children. The app does not create accounts and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when LoopSnap changes. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
